Initial Psychiatric Care Evaluation — 90 minutes | $425
For adults beginning psychiatric care who have not completed an autism, ADHD, or AuDHD evaluation through Inner Awareness Psychiatry. This appointment includes focused psychiatric history, general health history, current concerns, diagnostic review, medication history, treatment goals, and an initial care plan.

Follow-up appointments are determined together during your intake and subsequent visits, as part of your personalized treatment plan.

Standard Psychiatric Follow-Up — 30 minutes | $250
For established patients needing neurotype-informed medication management, including symptom and functioning review, side effect monitoring, medication changes when appropriate, and support for day-to-day functioning.

Comprehensive Psychiatric Follow-Up — 45 minutes | $325
Combines medication management with neurotype-informed support for ADHD- and autism-related challenges, with a focus on translating insight into realistic next steps that support quality of life.

Depth-Oriented Psychiatric Follow-Up — 60 minutes | $400
Combines medication management, neurotype-informed support, and supportive psychotherapy, with a focus on deeper processing, self-understanding, and building a more sustainable way of living.

Focused Medication Check-In — 15 minutes | $200
For established patients when medication refills require a brief check-in between psychiatric follow-up appointments. This visit is not designed for medication changes, new or worsening symptoms, or broader support needs.

Inner Awareness Psychiatry does not bill insurance directly. A superbill may be provided on request for possible out-of-network reimbursement.
