In this session, we:
Review your diagnostic findings and the clinical reasoning behind them
Discuss how your traits present across different areas of your life
Clarify what was ruled out in the differential process
Identify key patterns, strengths, and challenges associated with your neurotype
Provide individualized recommendations and referral guidance
This option is ideal if you want dedicated time after the evaluation is complete to ask questions, and discuss how the findings may apply to treatment, supports, accommodations, and next steps.

What to Expect
Complete a brief intake questionnaire (3–5 minutes)
Schedule a pre-evaluation consultation to review what you are looking for and make sure Inner Awareness Psychiatry is good fit
Access the secure patient portal to complete required intake forms and questionnaires
Attend focused Autism/ADHD interview sessions and a separate psychiatric evaluation session
Option to add a feedback session and/or written report
Evaluation appointments are typically completed over ~4–8 weeks; written reports may require additional time.
Optional Add-On Services
These services can be added at the time of booking or after your evaluation is complete.

A 60-minute session to review your evaluation results, discuss what they mean for you, and identify individualized next steps.

A comprehensive written report that includes diagnostic rationale, clinical findings, and personalized recommendations.

A brief letter confirming your evaluation results and the date the evaluation was completed. This is often sufficient when brief documentation is required.

For individuals who completed their diagnostic evaluation with Inner Awareness Psychiatry.
This letter outlines relevant functional impacts and recommended accommodations for workplace, educational, or licensing exam settings.

For individuals with a prior autism or AuDHD diagnosis completed by another provider.
This service includes review of prior diagnostic documentation, verification of the diagnosing provider when applicable, a brief consultation to clarify current functioning and accommodation needs, and preparation of an accommodation support letter.
Letters may be prepared for workplace, educational, or licensing exam accommodations.
